This bread is a no carb option that is tasty and delicious, Use for everything from burger buns to eggs benny. You could even try toasting it.
Heat oven to 350
3 eggs separated and room temperature
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tbsp sweentener of choice (I use unpasturized honey)
Separate the eggs and add the cream of tartar to the whites, beat until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl blend the cream cheese, sweetener and egg yolks until smooth.
Carefully fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture being careful not to let the whites fall to much.
In about 1/4 amounts gently lay down mixture on parchement, you should get about six the size of small pancakes.
Smooth them out a bit and bake them for about 20 to 30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
